Project: Building operation and tenant management platform, supporting service request management, contracts, invoices, and process automation for commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Developed core modules: tenant management, contracts, service requests, dashboard.
• Built scalable APIs using Node.js & MySQL (Sequelize ORM).
• Integrated file uploads, email templates, PDF/Excel exports.
• Participated in code reviews, requirement analysis, and bug fixing.
• Supported deployment with aaPanel, PM2, and CI/CD.
• Trained junior developers.

Project: Coupon distribution system for cinemas during holidays (Christmas, New Year, Valentine's, birthdays, etc.) to increase engagement and customer retention.

Team size: 10 (2 FE, 2 Fullstack, 1 QA, 1 DevOps, 1 BA, 1 MC, 2 PO)

Responsibilities:

• Developed full-stack architecture improving performance and scalability.
• Designed & optimized CRUD with RBAC for strict security.
• Implemented user authentication (JWT), Axios, PDF exports, cronjobs, and Stripe payments.
• Utilized Redux, Toastify, WYSIWYG Editor, and template-based emails.

Project: Digital farming diary system compliant with GlobalGAP standards, enabling streamlined data entry and management via web portal.

Responsibilities:

• Developed Frontend interfaces using React/Next.js.
• Collaborated with Backend teams for API mapping and integrating features.
• Participated in architecting and building the project from scratch.
